![]() ![]() But yesterrday, my friend didnt have the best experience with an employee who said he asked his manager. Usually this place is great and the employers are very cool. Needless to say, I would like to continue to support BCM but I had to walk out after seeing this treatment of customers. I walked out without making a purchase because of the poor customer experience I witnessed. As a consumer who easily spends $50-$200 every two weeks I'm sad and disappointed. Like I said I've been a long time customer and would like to continue doing business with BCM. Again I don't blame the BCM team for this rotten egg. She clearly doesn't care about BCM brand image as she's consistently taking down to customers. This is the second time I've seen this bud-tender at your shop and the first time was nothing to write home about. ![]() The bud tender was clearly annoyed by the customers questions and was speaking to them in a rude and condescending tone. The customer before me was asking some simple questions about Pre-rolls and pricing. It was around 530PM the bud tender was female, Red'ish hair medium length, white. It wasn't even towards me but to see this customer get the worst attitude from a bud tender. Today I walked in and witnessed the worst service I've seen at BCM. ![]()
